Dr. Colin R. Diener, B.Sc. D.M.D. GPR cert

Born and raised in Saskatoon, Dr. Diener graduated with honors from the University of Saskatchewan Dental School in 2001.

He then completed a G.P.R. at the Royal University Hospital, which included advanced surgical and intravenous sedation techniques.

In July 2002, Dr. Diener accepted a position at the D.M. Vassos Implant Centre in Edmonton, where he currently limits his dental practice to implant dentistry.

Dr. Diener, a general dentist, is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and mentors in both Dr. Vassos' surgical courses and Mentor Program. Dr. Diener lectures on behalf of Nobel Biocare and has been a featured speaker at numerous dental implant seminars. During his surgical residency Dr. Diener received advanced training in computerized tomography (CT) and in 2007 traveled to Verona, Italy for personal training on the NewTom scan machine.
